Overview
This policy explains what Foreseer collects, why, and how we handle it. We aim to collect as little as possible to run the product well.
What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, organization). Operational metrics streamed by the agent you install, tagged to your organization. Standard product and security logs.
What we do not collect
We do not store the credentials your agent uses to reach your services — you enter them directly into the agent config on your own VM, where they stay. They are never sent to or persisted by us.
How we use data
To operate Foreseer: generate insights, render dashboards, send the alerts you configure, and keep the service secure and reliable. We do not sell your data.
Where data lives
Metrics flow into a time-series store associated with your organization. Account data lives in our application database. We use reputable infrastructure providers.
Sub-processors
We use a small set of providers for hosting, email delivery, and AI insight composition. Each processes only what is needed for their function.
Retention
Operational metrics are retained on a rolling window appropriate to your plan. Account data is retained for the life of your account and removed on request.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us and we will help promptly.
