Agreement
By using Foreseer you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
The service
Foreseer provides predictive monitoring and insights for infrastructure you connect via the agent. We may update features over time to improve the product.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Admins control roles and access within an organization.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to monitor infrastructure you are not authorized to access.
Plans & billing
Paid plans renew until cancelled. Limits are soft — over-limit usage is permitted with notice and may be paused if sustained without upgrade. See the pricing page for details.
Data & ownership
You retain ownership of your data. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
We work hard to keep Foreseer reliable but provide the service on an "as is" basis. Enterprise plans may include an SLA.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foreseer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
